ennerdale House foundations plan
This is our own monthly payment plan which combines cover for regular examinations, hygiene visits and x-rays (where needed) with the reassurance of insurance for accident and emergency cover.
As a foundations patient you can look forward to better long term oral health because you attend the dentist on a regular basis to help you prevent problems before they occur.
What is included
- Regular examinations and x-rays where clinically necessary
- Hygienist visit every 3 or 6 months depending on the need
- A discount on dental treatments of 10-15%
- Emergency care when away from your dentist
- Supplementary insurance for accidents, overseas emergencies and oral cancer.
What is not included
- Fees for fillings, crowns, root filling, cosmetic treatments, implants, dentures
- Laboratory fees and prescriptions
- Orthodontics
- Referral to a specialist.
Foundations fees
Level 1 £13.95 per month
Two examinations and two hygienist appointments per year and 10% discount on
treatments.
Level 2 £21.75 per month
Two examinations and four hygienist appointments per year and 15% discount on
treatments.
